My Home Gym April 15th, 2022  Over the past two-years I have been working on building a gym in the open stall of my garage. I have a squat rack, Power Block adjustable dumbbells, a power bar and a full blow cable system designed for low rows and lat-pull downs! I've always enjoyed being healthy and working out and the convenience of having my gym so close to me helps me stay more committed to my health. Recently I've added a new adjustable bench to my equipment that I've been enjoying. Below is a picture of it!
My Favorite Food April 15th, 2022   My favorite food is Buffalo Wings! I love almost any flavor, but the best flavor to me is the original Franks Red Hot Sauce. I love to dip my wings in blue cheese or ranch and can easily eat 15+ wings if I don't pace myself.
My Least Favorite Food April 15th, 2022  My least favorite food is cottage cheese. I once went on a health kick where I would eat boiled chicken, vegetables, and other various healthy options. One of these other healthy options was cottage cheese and no matter how I prepared it I would gag every bite. It's been over 3 years since I went through this phase, and I can happily say that I have not eaten cottage cheese since!

Bathroom Remodel  April 15th, 2022  When my wife and I first moved into our home we knew right away it was a bit of a fixer upper. The biggest areas that needed updated were the main and master bathrooms due to their flooring having rotted away in places and because of how outdated their designs were. After saving up for over a year we were able to hire a handy man and get them both updated. Below is a before and after photo of the main bathroom.

Future Additions to My Gym April 15th, 2022  There's a saying in the garage/home gym community that "a gym is never done" meaning there's always one more piece of equipment or a new upgrade to be made. Owning gym equipment is almost like getting a tattoo the more you get the more you want. In a previous post I wrote about how I just purchased a new bench and I'm happy with its functionality and quality, but now I have my eye set on a new power bar/Power Rack/Cable attachment system. Owning a home gym can be an expensive hobby if you don't have some restraint or a good savings plan! Below are a few of the items I'm saving up to purchase:  The Matt Chan Bar PR 4000 Power Rack
